Yes, we would require you to register with us before any purchase can be made.

Yes, our min. order is US$50 (not including shipping), no limit on order quantity per style; please feel free to mix sizes if applicable.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept Paypal, Western union and bank transfer.
PayPal account name and address should match your order's shipping address. Over USD 1,000 we do not accept paypal.
Bank transfer client have to bear all the bank charges.
Western union is fast and easy way like paypal, after you paid please contact our sales in time in order to make sure your delivery time.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
It takes about 2-3 working days for us to process your order and after we receive your payment, we will send out your order in 2-3 business days to deliver your order via Express, after you submit your order on our website. Shipping company do not work on weekends.
How much postage will be charged for each order?
Shipping price is changing frequently. Your can make a test order in our site in it will tell you weight and shipping cost. if you think price is okay then go to pay if not then cancel it, on the whole we will try to offer you best shipping. Shipping way we already select best price shipping way to your place, if you want other way please leave a message in your order, if other way is higher price we will send your email which need you to pay extra charge.
How can I track my parcel online?
After you submit your order we will offer your tracking number within 2-3working days. Usually the tracking number will be valid in 48 hours. If there's still no tracking information available in 3 days, please contact us via email at all-infashion.com.
Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All our styles available at our online catalogue are currently in stock. However some of these fashion styles have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for hot-sale styles, we will restock quickly.
If out of stock items can you do refund immediately?
If your order have several items out of stock, there are three way you can select: 1, replacement 2, leave money as credit for next order 3, refund(via paypal only).
You can select replacement of same price, or you do not want replace, you can leave money as credit for the next time order or If you want to refund please offer us your correct paypal account and order number via email we will refund your money only via paypal within 3days after get your confirmation email.
What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we accept Hong Kong Dollars(HKD). If you order from another country, your account statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's real-time exchange rate.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Please notice that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancellations. If you need to make any alterations to your order, please email us at cs@all-infashion.com at the first time with your order number. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But we are sorry to say that, once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
All-in fashion would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment, and parcels custom fee/import duties. The order price does not include tax of Custom. We'll try our best to help our clients avoid taxes of custom, but we are not sure if your package will pass custom without tax. So please contact the relative department in your country for the detail information about tax.
Documents in order to avoid Custom Duty
In order to avoid custom duty in several Countries, for example, Poland, Germany , Spain, Czech, Slovakia, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Indonesia and Malaysia, we make CO(certificate of origin) for our clients if you require.
When you submit order, please leave us message in the Postscript of order, telling us that you need CO to pass your custom. Then, we'll make it for you, and put it in the package, send it together with the goods.
Why was my order cancelled? Why did you refund my payment?
If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you want ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It's our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order.
Possible reasons for refunding payment are:
-PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we try to contact you.
-The products you ordered are out of stock (we usually keep our inventory stocked and updated), and there was no response when we try to contact you.
Do you provide C/O - Certificate of Origin or Export License?
Yes we can help you to apply C/O - Certificate of Origin. For C/O, the application cost is USD20 each and requires 3-4 working days.
What should I do if I never received the shipment?
You can email our customer services team directly on the lost shipment at info@all-infashion.com and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item is lost, we will replace it with a new shipment or refund. And we are here to notify our valued customers that you should track the items online frequently after we send you the tracking information, so that to avoid any troubles may cause in the delivery process.
